In her 39th year of teaching, Mrs. Dawn Koch reflects on a remarkable journey at St. Francis School. Her passion for teaching began early, with a bedroom chalkboard and "lessons" for her little sister. Mrs. Koch graduated from UW-River Falls with Preschool, Kindergarten, and Grades 1-8 certification. 

A Catholic education teaches our children about Jesus Christ and fosters a foundation of faith that becomes invaluable during challenging times. When faced with difficulties, will they turn to substances or rely on their strong faith foundation to persevere?

St. Francis School played a pivotal role in Morgan’s personal and professional growth, instilling values of building genuine relationships, serving others, and grounding her in faith. These lessons continue to shape her habits and work today, opening numerous doors in her professional journey.

The sense of community and family at St. Francis School makes it special. We love that each class interacts with other classes during school events and recess.
